Reservation Terms at a Glance
- The reservation is a one-time deposit—not a subscription, care plan, or installment agreement.
- The deposit is refundable for seven calendar days. After that period, it becomes nonrefundable but remains fully creditable toward the selected package for 12 months.
- The reservation preserves one private concept and activation eligibility. It does not transfer ownership or production files and does not include revisions, hosting, monthly care, or third-party costs.
- The quoted website setup price is honored during the 12-month reservation period for the stated base package scope. Client-requested additions, taxes, premium domains, licenses, and third-party costs are separate.
- If the project is not activated within 12 months, the reservation expires and the concept is archived. Extensions require written approval.
What Happens After Payment?
- You receive a Stripe receipt and reservation confirmation.
- You complete a short business and website questionnaire.
- Polarity Blue records your selected package, concept, deposit credit, and 12-month activation deadline.
- When you are ready, you activate the project, pay the remaining setup balance under the website agreement, and choose whether to begin monthly care.
