Services and project scope
Polarity Blue provides website design, website care, technical guidance, menu design, QR-code creation, promotional content, and visibility-related services. The exact scope, schedule, revisions, integrations, client responsibilities, and deliverables are established in the applicable proposal, checkout description, questionnaire, or written agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, lawful content, timely approvals, required account access, and materials they have permission to use. Delays in content, access, or approvals may change delivery dates.
Payments
One-time charges are due at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Recurring services renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. Failed or disputed payments may pause work or service access.
Website-only projects
Website Only — Client Managed purchases do not include ongoing hosting, software updates, backups, monitoring, security remediation, content edits, or technical support unless purchased separately. Clients are responsible for third-party accounts and fees after handoff.
Care plans
Care plans cover only the services listed for the selected level. Unused edit time does not roll over unless a written agreement says otherwise. Major redesigns, new systems, premium software, recovery from third-party compromise, and work outside the stated allowance may require a separate quote.
Intellectual property
After full payment, clients receive rights to approved final client-specific content and deliverables as stated in their agreement. Polarity Blue retains its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable systems, and internal production processes. Third-party assets remain governed by their original licenses.
No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, AI citations, advertising results, uninterrupted third-party services, or specific business outcomes.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Polarity Blue’s liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the preceding three months or the applicable one-time project fee, whichever applies.
